I was lucky enough to be seen the same day that I called about an emergency washer backup that occurred the night before. Merrill was very knowledgeable and spoke with both myself and my husband about what was happening. I have had to call them out 2 times for issues with plumbing and both visits have been a great experience. I highly recommend this company.

Ask Axis plumbing what he loves and he will tell you family, and pleasing his customers. He professionally performs detailed work and explaining every step of the project. He showed up on TIME. I knew then that everything else would be precise. Thanks Merrill for completing the job and at the end explaining until I understood. Thanks, again for finding the drain problem at the front of my home. You did not even have to do that; nor did you charge me extra monies. Call Axis plumbing for all your plumbing needs

Axis Plumbing has done multiple projects at my house. Their work is good from a quality standpoint and is reasonably priced. Merrill Hutchinson (owner) has the customer’s best interest in mind and he has integrity. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

We’ve used Merrill at Axis Plumbing for two major jobs and highly recommend him. First, he inspected the plumbing in our new home and identified serious drainage issues with clear explanations and video. We hired him for extensive repairs, including rerouting old piping and coordinating a hand-digging crew to minimize disruption to our yard. He was knowledgeable, easy to reach, and professional throughout. Then, while we were away on a short trip, we came home to a flooded den and laundry room. Merrill came out immediately on a Sunday, identified a leaking water heater supply line, stopped the leak, and put us in touch with a water mitigation team that same day. He replaced the damaged water heater a few days later. We’re grateful to have found someone so reliable, kind, and generous with their time. Axis Plumbing is absolutely staying in our Rolodex!

He’s incredibly honest, hardworking, and truly knowledgeable about his craft. The team over at Axis Plumbing is second to none—very knowledgeable, timely, responsive, and highly competent. The quality of their work is outstanding, which is hard to find these days. We have used Axis Plumbing for routine jobs, water heater, commode, garbage disposal. We also used them during an emergency burst pipe that flooded our Master suite! Merrill was awesome every time.
